01 / HOW I CAN HELP

From the first question
to a working solution.

Bring a business challenge, a new idea, or a system you want to improve. We’ll work out where AI can help and shape an approach around your goals.

01

AI strategy
and consulting.

Explore opportunities, test assumptions, and decide what is worth pursuing. Turn an open-ended idea or business challenge into a clear technical direction.

  • Opportunity and feasibility assessments
  • Technology and architecture recommendations
  • Experiment design and pilot planning

03

AI improvement
and integration.

Understand where existing tools fall short, improve their behavior, and connect AI with the systems and workflows your business already uses.

  • System reviews and targeted improvements
  • API integrations and workflow automation
  • Quality, reliability, and cost evaluation

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

Start with an AI
opportunity assessment.

An assessment is one way to begin. We can explore a new idea, examine a workflow, or review an existing system to decide what is feasible and what to do next.

Discuss an assessment ↗

What you take away

  • A clear problem statementThe goal, relevant context, constraints, and what success would mean.
  • A feasibility and data reviewAvailable information, access needs, security considerations, and technical dependencies.
  • A recommended next stepOptions, tradeoffs, and whether an AI pilot is worth pursuing.
  • A scoped pilot planProposed deliverables, evaluation criteria, and an indicative operating-cost estimate if a pilot makes sense.

Fixed scope and fee agreed before work begins. Implementation is quoted separately.

SOME POSSIBILITIES

The problem shapes
the solution.

Your project might involve a new application, better use of data, or a different way of working. These examples offer starting points for a conversation.

Applications and experiences

Custom assistants, content-generation tools, and applications that turn a complex task into a usable experience.

Data and knowledge

Search across information, classify or analyze data, and connect relevant evidence to the questions people need answered.

Workflows and decisions

Automate repetitive steps, improve customer-service workflows, or test whether an AI system performs well enough for its intended use.

03 / THE WAY I WORK

Thoughtful systems.
Clear explanations.
No black box.

The goal is a solution that fits your work—and a team that understands what it can do, where its limits are, and how to use it.

01

Understand before recommending.

We clarify the workflow, users, data, and constraints, including how existing tools perform. Then we identify the right change and define what success means.

02

Build with security in mind.

Data handling, permissions, third-party services, and failure cases are part of the design conversation from the beginning.

03

Evaluate, explain, and hand over.

We test against agreed use cases, document limitations and costs, and provide the explanations and handover training your team needs to understand and operate the result.

04 / YOUR CONSULTANT

Technical depth.
A human approach.

Hi, I’m Salman. I work at the intersection of AI systems, cybersecurity, and technical education.

My experience spans independent client consulting, AI research at Université de Tours, cybersecurity work at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, and three computer science teaching-assistant appointments at the University of Windsor.

I enjoy open-ended problems: understanding an unfamiliar challenge, connecting ideas across disciplines, and developing a solution that fits. My cybersecurity experience shapes how I consider risk, and my teaching background helps me explain the reasoning along the way.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

Do I need to know exactly what I want built?

No. Bring the challenge or idea you want to explore. We can clarify the goal, consider possible approaches, and decide whether an assessment, prototype, or another form of support is the right starting point.

Can you help with an existing AI project?

Yes. I can review an existing application, model integration, or AI workflow, examine where it falls short, and recommend or implement targeted improvements. The work can address quality, reliability, integrations, usability, or operating costs.

How are engagements priced?

Pricing follows the scope. After an initial conversation, I propose deliverables, milestones, fees, and any ongoing service costs before work begins.

How will you help my team use the solution?

We agree the documentation, walkthroughs, and client training needed as part of the project. My teaching background helps me explain the system clearly, including its limitations and how to operate it. Any ongoing support is scoped separately.

LET’S START WITH YOUR PROBLEM

What would you
like to make
possible?

Tell me what you’re working on, what’s getting in the way, and what a useful outcome would look like.
